Can I rent out the whole property?
Yes! Our property consists of the 2 BR Cottage, 3 BR Villa and 3 caravan spots. Perfect to get together with your family or friends.

Yes! It is less than 5 minutes stroll to the heart of town.

Tamworth - 50 mins
Sydney - 4 hr, 35 mins

Is there Wifi?
No - There is cell phone service.

Is there a bath tub?
No.
Is there river access?
Yes! You have private access to the river which is less then 10m from your accommodation.

Are linen & towels provided?
Yes! We even have beach towels for you to use at the river.
Is there a Woolworths/Coles in Nundle?
No - there is a local IGA which has all the essentials.
Do you provide fire wood?
Yes - depends on length of stay. You can also purchase more at an extra cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 30 days - Deposit is non-refundable but the booking can be transferred to another date
Less than 30 days - Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable
Is there a minimum night booking requirement?
Yes - 2 nights minimum required
